Bio

My name is Víctor Herrero and I was born in Valencia 1976.

During my childhood and adolescence I was mostly marked by rock music, comics and tattoos. In the midst of the maelstrom of subcultures that emerged in those years, I began to draw without rest.

This incessant practice led me to try from a very young age any graphic technique that I heard about such as graffiti or airbrushing, to collaborate with different fanzines that published my comics, or to get involved in any work that had to do with illustration or painting. .

This artistic vocation led me to study Fine Arts at the San Carlos University of Valencia, which helped me to continue training inside and outside the classroom, and turn my passion into my profession.

Around 1998 I began to be more deeply interested in tattooing, and even to do my first steps with a tattoo machine that I built myself from a walkman. However, it was not until 2005 that I began to dedicate myself professionally to tattooing, sometimes combining it with other painting and illustration jobs.

My career as a tattoo artist has always been based on respect for the culture and tradition of Western tattooing. And especially, guided by a deep admiration for the Asian pioneers, references not only in the artistic, but also in the firm purpose of executing a solid, attractive and permanent tattoo. I work with discipline and dedication, striving to always find the best result. That commitment, along with my years of experience, allows me to make tattoos that last over time and in harmony with the body.

Above all I dedicate myself to custom tattoo, illustrating and preparing unique designs for each client. I am comfortable with many tattoo styles, my specialty being Neo-Japanese, American Traditional tattoo and Black Work. You can visit my portfolio to see my work.
